1. Go to NPS.Gov and click on Florida then click on the everglades national park...an it should take you to that parks website which will give you all the info about that park and if it has boats to rent
2. No. Canoes & kayaks only. The Motel at Flamingo is closed. The Marina is open. The camp sites are open.
