What is the Least amount of money that you can make in a year to be able to afford a, house,boat, and nice car

I make about 70,000 a year now and wanted to know what I can do.

1. it depends on the value of land or property in the area you want to buy in, as for boats a small loan paid of over a number of yrs would sort that but mooring charges and fuel costs would hurt, cars are cars you will know wether or not you will be able to afford it.
2. Where in the world you live dictates a lot of how much actual spendable cash of that 70K you are making. Get the house in a low tax neighborhood first then find a car and use the boat with a living quarters for another tax write off.
3. Really Depends on where you live and that would be the true Tell of how far that 70,000$ will go
