Shipping container house boat?

I have seen lots of information on turning old shipping containers into homes. I was wondering, how haed it would be to turn them into a house boat or floating home? PS I was actualy looking for a way that I could turn some of the containers into pontoons as well. I am looking to have the home moared in a marina.

1. Not much harder than what they are doing in the UK to make housing. Essentially, you would need a large raft with the container bolted to it. You would be limited to quiet water and moving the boat/home would be a problem but it would otherwise be feasible, albeit not the most comfortable housing in the world.
