What makes up the Chesapeake Bay Watershed?
Is the question asking for the states that have the rivers and water ways that lead into the Chesapeake or the specific rivers and other water ways that lead to the bay?

- Consists of all of the land drained by all of the rivers and streams that flow into the bay. In practice that means most of Maryland and Virginia, a little part of Delaware, and a big chunk of central Pennsylvania and a little bit of southern New York state. For a big set of maps of the watershed see http://www.chesapeakebay.net/maps.htm
