houseboat builder wanted gold coast?

we are looking for a houseboat builder on the gold coast. we are also wanting to know if anyone has a hull for sale or can get one built. we have a rough design of what we want and need the help of someone that knows what they are doing that can manage the build. thank you

1. I have been builing boats for 17 years on and off. An idea is a great way to start but you will need professonal plans drawn out before you start. Try the web to find stock plans this will save you thousands. Once you find one i could talk with you.
2. Hope you have a lot of money! It will be much more expensive to build a custom houseboat than buy one. Look on boattrader.com and put in your requirements. It would be cheaper to buy a new or used houseboat and remodel to your specifications, than to start from scratch. If you are looking for real comfortable boat, but not the best for rough water, look at Bluewater boats.
