1. it depends fiberglass or poontoons inside outside buffing and inside cleaning windows etc etc how long is it you could spend a bunch of money id call some marinas boat dealers and get a ball park figure your looking at atleast a few hundred dollars
2. This depends on the size of the b oat and where you live - i know someone who charges $100. to clean the inside of a houseboat.
