I need some info on moving to Mauritius?

First we need to buy a house near Tamarin bay or Black River region. How can we do that? Is it hard to get visa for working there? We have enough money, well what is enough, he he he he he to start living there. I have some info on visas but i need more. If possible give me info on your moving to Mauritius.
