What river connects to the San Francisco Bay?

1. The Sacramento River is the biggest. It is joined by the San Joaquin. The waters flow west into Suisun Bay then into San Pablo Bay where they turn south and flow into San Francisco Bay. The much smaller Napa and Petaluma Rivers flow south directly into San Pablo Bay.
