the ganges river flows into what bay?

- The Bay of Bengal. WWouldn't it have been faster to find an atlas?
- Many major rivers of India flow west to east into the Bay of Bengal: in the north, the Ganges River (or Ganga), Meghna and Brahmaputra rivers, and in the south Mahanadi, Godavari, Krishna and Kaveri (sometimes written as Cauvery) rivers.
- THE SEWER OF BENGAL. YOU REALLY CANT CALL IT A BAY ANYMORE WHEN IT'S SO POLLUTED.
- Thank you for posting in the Genealogy category. It is a fascinating hobby and needs more young people. Your phrasing needs a little work, however. Genealogy is the study of family - ancestors, descendants and cousins. Most good genealogy questions mention the person's birth date, death date and marriage date, plus the places of all three events (Town, county/shire, state/province and country, if it isn't obvious from the state. Remember that "WA" means "Washington" in the US but "Westeran Australia" in Australia, where the kangaroos live. "NS" can be a typo for "ND" (North Dakota) or an accurate abbreviation for "Nova Scotia", so don't abbreviate the state). Spouse's name helps too. Best of luck in your search for your family tree!
