what is china going to do to prevent the radiation contamination of natural resources like river water?

i am really sorry about china's earthuake. Given previous record of china, it seems that they dont care about their lives of their citizens. But if the rivers in china get contaminated and china, as usual concides this fact, then it may caus effect on chinese citizens as well as citizens from other countries where these rivers flow and even virtually anybody if that also contaminates the Bay of Bengal. Does any body know what they are going to do?

They are moving ahead at such a fast pace.Being such a large nation with so many talented people willing to work hard they run the risk of burying themselves in their own garbage.At this rate no one seems to take a breath and look back at what they have wrought and only when it is too late does anyone take any real notice.When the west started its own industrial revolution it too made a very unfortunate start-the virtual slave labor of children.But that was at level one;the Chinese are starting at a much higher level due to help and knowledge from the west-this is what makes it such a difficult problem.Disasters have far greater potential now than ever before.Let us hope that they have the wisdom of their forefathers to curb their appetites in the interest of safety and caution while they proceed at such a frenetic pace.

It is their presence and as per their present scenario they might be able to do better. but you can see how they are allowing proliferation of terrorism to other countries like india which have never touched the sovereingty of any nation. I am also worried that if China hides the fact of radiation contamination and later on discloses it after it is too late then it will bring a disaster not natural but human made.Also they are in their mind they might think that they are developing very fast but they are forgeting that they should not spoil their own environment like that what happened in east europe. It can be disastrous.
